Management selling shares?

Management selling shares?

Anyone want to comment on this???

This is the last real news out of the company. Good job, im equating my failing portfolio to things like this. I understand KRN is in a sensitive area with shorting and looking for finance. Couldnt this little $160,000 been done after you got finance. SEDI ,Reuters, and CanadianInsiders.com show a decent salary. I hate seeing any Manangement selling shares, especially when finance is the only thing left for a milestone. Public traded 2010??

At the time it was 15,000 shares, i see now that it is 20,000. I understand that its small compared to what it is held. But when all your looking for is finance to start building a project. I believe this is the last person that should be selling shares. Isnt the CFO the person that is suppose to be getting money for the company/share holder not himself? Maybe he doesnt see financing coming and this is why the price is tanking?

$263,00+$165,00= $428,000 this year for KRN not being financed, thats more than my whole portfolio. Must be nice
