Many valid points put forth by the board....

Many valid points put forth by the board....

I first invested in Arsenal as a IPO 13-14 years back. I have bought and sold several times over this period, making a decent return. Management has carried and paid off debt, then acquired more debt then again paying down debt, all the while growing production. I have watched over the past 6 or 7 years insiders continue to acquire more shares, while during this same period there was virtually no insider selling.Management have I'm guessing a heck of allot more skin at stake then the board combined, and have their best interest at heart. I will continue to hold as I believe once management reaches their goals in regards to oil production and debt is wiped from their balance sheets, the quarterly dividends may become quite generou$.
