Your right i dont follow TID closely. The only reason I know about it is every now and then one of you folks from the TID board come over here and post about how TID is a great takeover target.

Im looking at the annual Income statements from the company now. 2009 (-.02 per share) 2010 (-.13 per share) 2011 (-0.10 per share) 2012 (-/0.10 per share). So I dont see whats so good about fundementals? Not sure how one can expect to pay back huge debt if they cant turn a profit. I will let TID holders figure that out though. I stick by my statement if CDI ever went near TID I would sell on the spot right away. I have fait in CDI management. CDI is a profitable company with a great dividend - I like it that way  :0-)

Good luck with TID in finding a sucker to buy them out but it wont be CDI JMHO
