Brito1, yes complete speculation.  But, based on some logical thought.  I find it odd that many here think that after the June 28 P/R that BGM could just say... "llok, we have a new report and that is all that matters".  Does it not seem logical to you that BGM/Snowden would have to explain why Snowden could not audit the PG report?    How about explaining the methodology?  How about explaining the partial list that BGM posted in MD&A?   It isn't just as simple as file a new report and then have the CTO lifted.

 

Alos, for any company to be completly compliant on a 43-101 is rather hard to do.  Investors don't see all the letters that get sent out to many companies after a report is issued.  Many times the issues are fixed to the satisfaction of the BCSC w/o the company having to publically state what has happened.  BXJU posted an article with regards to this.  FACT of the matter is, BGM under FC leadership has had many issues staying within the regulations.  YES, BGM is really under the microscope at this point, but if you ask why, I am sure you can answer this yourself...
