May 13th

May 13th

I don't share the board's enthusiasm for May 13th conference call. People are reading into this more than is warranted.

Excerpts from the wording from TID's 2 NRs about strategic review & 1st Q results...

1. "There can be no assurance that any transaction will occur and that there is no defined timeline for the strategic review. The Company does not intend to comment further regarding the strategic review until such time, if any, as Tuscany determines that disclosure is appropriate or required."

2. "Tuscany has scheduled a telephone conference call at 10 a.m. MST (12 p.m. EST) on May 13, 2013, hosted by Tuscany's management, to discuss Tuscany's first quarter 2013 financial and operating results. Tuscany expects to release its first quarter 2013 financial and operating results via news release the morning of May 13, 2013 before markets open."

You have to ask yourself this: when did the 1st Q end & when did the strategic review start; has there been enough time to conduct the review

I think people are setting themselves up for a major disappointment expecting news about a strategic review at this time. IF they do comment have they (Citigroup & Black Spruce) had enough time to do DD?
