GBB in the News

GBB in the News

I do not own or am I interested in GBB, but I came across this in Metro news in Vancouver. Apology if already posted.

B.C. Supreme Court Justice has ordered Stockhouse to reveal the identities of 3 commenters (Sharpie009, Wrapup and Musky13) to Gold Bullion Development Corp which is seeking to sue for defamation.

Amazingly the Justice concluded that comments such as: "Have another drink of Kool-Aid" "could be construed as conveying a severe deception".

Well it's about time someone took a stand against the bashing crooks on Stockhouse, it will be interesting to see where this is going to go.

The story is from yesterday's Metro distributed in Vancouver and the story is by Neal Hall/The Canadian Press.
