Well now at least it is only trading at just below 14x AFFO - much more in line with a growth company. Interesting that the bank only increased their line by $2 million. When I spoke with Dale Kearns about a year ago I think at that time he would have predicted much more. I'll bet the bank also wanted to see a commitment to a period of consolidation with more focus on proving growing positive cash flow and a lower capital cost per new child care space.  As much as i wish they would give more guidance these results are definitely a step in the right direction.
