RE: RE: RE: RE: change of hands
RE: RE: RE: RE: change of hands Geoffs13...On my previous post I was trying to speculate why LSG stock is falling to these current levels just before the May 15 annual mtg. My statement was my best guess and not inside knowledge. I just remember looking at the LSG photos of the mill progress in the very cold weather and thinking it seems like a lot of hook up and testing is required to bring this mill on line. If you ever built a house the frame can be up on the foundation in a week . It is the rest of the services that take time and money. I sort of smell a dead rat story about the June mill completion. I want to look like a fool when Tony announces the mill is complete on Canada Day. I think these larger shareholders had some knowledge about the delay. With delays come added costs. Add to that less gold this year and less revenue. Somehow in my mind 2013 is not as good as forecast. I want to be wrong about this. What other possible reason would make the stock fall? I doubt the grade is a factor. Tony had a whole lot of extra drilling done to re-evaluate the current mining blocks. The grade forecast should be bang on. The paste fill plant could have some effect. Tony would have options to open other mining horizons if the fill was delayed. The Bell Creek drilling won't make the stock go down. By deduction I smell a mill problem. Please don't think I'm being negative about LSG future potential to harm investor confidence. I am trying to justify another purchase. I still have faith in the potential future exploration. These properties have only been scratched. They have near a decade worth of gold to mine. Once this mill bottle-neck is ironed out LSG will have the cash to pay off debt. The capital bleeding is soon to slow down. The gold will get poured. The management group are not fools. I remember a few weeks back about overtime being slowed down and some contractors gone to conserve cash. Maybe the mill completion date will be stretched out?
