They are already in the prepping mode as part of their wholesale/distribution effort. I believe they are upgrading their washing capabilities in order to deliver a uniform quality to the utilities. Do not know what progress they have made upgading. My understanding is they expect a greater contribution from this segment as winter approaches.

The real opportunity is not disposal but incorporating scrubbers and other technology that cleans up the byproducts produced from burning coal. Sulphur is the obvious one. There is a huge need obviously and if they have leading technology, via the jv, then there can be another booster to this liftoff.
