Your skepticism is well understood; we have both been here a looong time. But this jv seems very different than say the jv's within the province.

I like that they partnered with another Chinese (Taiwan) firm. Also, that they are headquartered in the center of all the action. Previous pr's made reference to their end user contacts but they have been restrained from monetizing those relationships in that they are dependent on the mines and infrastructure in Guizhou. No longer, with this jv.

Yes, it remains to be seen, and I do not believe it has helped the price movement (nor hurt it). But it is a major opportunity they have created......

As for the price and direction, we agree....higher.
