RE: warrants IMHO, the company just announced their own death warrant. (no pun intended)
They basically said that the company isn't worth any more than 13 cents and on the faint hope that it should ever break 16 there will be warrant holders lining up (or not) to excersize the warrants at a much reduced waiting period. 10 days!
I can't check SEDAR right now because of server errors, but I'd bet that the warrant holders are mostly company insiders anyway.
Couple that with the Ortsbo disaster and you have the perfect way to loose a great deal of money if you don't know what you are doing, or are too blind to read the signs. Sure, sure, Ortsbo is finally going to be going to the American exchange, when there is one brokerage house willing to back them for the initial stages; but never fear, there are dozens of houses waiting to short the new stock right down to .00035 cents.
IMHO, if Ortsbo was ever going to be anything, it had at least 2 years to prove that they were going to be unstoppable. In the technology era, time is at an excellerated pace and anyone pinning a faint hope on this turn around is going to get the horn by their own stupid bull they have living in their head.
Having said that, I see a huge potential to make a LOT of money here if a fella just plays his cards right... :P
