Acrylamide in the news more and more.

When FEB announced they were working on acrylamide reducing yeast, I had no idea what acrylamide was and if it was a problem. So, I threw "acrylamide' into Google News Alerts to see what would pop up each day. For the first year, maybe there was a story a month. But, over the last 6 months I get hits almost every day. Whether or not acrylamide is a major health risk or not, I have no idea, but it sure is getting a LOT more attention nowadays.
