cde at earnings stated several times that rochestor in 5 yrs could overtake palmarejo-there were multiple ways to look at this-prepping us for settlement,prepping us for pershing buy,influencing political landscape or they feel they will win,-seems odd timing to pump value of asset driving a settlement price possibly higher -as i have said before it's a long .hot summer with some very negative sentiment for miners-look at price of rby,torex and they are funded  -pershing has been very quiet lately, some think too quiet-cde has repeated again of a possible acquistion something small but could move needle -pershing ,apogee allready strayegic investments could be accreative shortly -you guys need a win win and settlement , a buyout might be complicated with your jv's for cde-if ruling is favorable you may get an emotional pop but this may go all the way and some-cde has all new mamagement, a corporate move and la preciosa on plate-so they are being watched at moment--this is just a skirmish monday
