I've noticed that in both documents the location is wrong

For both the Roche Bay and Tuktu projects. Technically

would this make the documents nul and void?

ie; in the case of Tuktu; NIRB file has the TUKTU project

located 70 kilometers to the north of Hall Beach and in the

case of Roche Bay; again 65 km to the North West of Hall Beach

Kind of sloppy on the part of NIRB.
