halcro, IMO they don't have to back up anything except the new numbers to make them compliant.

 

Whether they are much lower or similar to the Aug. 15 report does not matter, as it seems the BCSC has not accepted the new report along with its numbers which has now been authored by 3 independent firms.

 

Seems like we are close to having it accepted.  If the Aug. 15 numbers were wrong along with the methodology by Peter George, then it would be retracted and that's that.  What happens to PG after that is irrelevent if anything does happen, but at present, it seems that 3 independent firms have agreed on the numbers, yet there are still issues that need to be addressed.

 

I just don't understand why BGM doesn't state the numbers, as they have been reached by 3 firms.  If they are good or bad does not matter now, IMO, but it will once the CTO and supension is lifted.
