PS - "The Boathouse" was a mistake, so was their unwillingness to have a CC.  I believe they are purposeful nonetheless.  Do you feel frustrated having CoCo assume the "lead role" ?  Good, it's working.  Welcome to the equivalent of a Bobby Clarke facewash.....this whole "organized effort" stinks...really bad
