I would agree that it would be a very normal reaction to presume there is nothing of consequence to report given the time that has gone by since Atomic was hired but that is a guess. I would suggest that you consider some indicators which would point to continued development and that the issue is associated with the launch taking much longer than any of us thought it should.
On the subject of declining share price it does not look like it is continuing to decline but there is no question that the lack of news or an update has certainly hurt the share price. It would be great to see an update with some indications of progress but we did get an updated CP which shows that the milestones and projections of the liquidity event remain on schedule. So the reissue of the CP should provide some reassurance.
