If they only have 44% of the total outstanding shares, that would mean that only the management's team and Canaccord'sshares were tendered. All other shares are still in the hands of retail investors and/or other institutional firms. Only insiders have tendered their shares. Kelso and Eacom still have a lot of selling to do to get to 66 2/3% of the shares. If they go on the open market they will need to pony up more than the .38 to purchase the shares. There is no rush to sell the shares below .38. I think we could see north of .38 in the coming weeks. The longer this prolongs the more Kelso needs to wait to get their payback on this deal.
