Hood,

That is true but like mm always points out HRT has a ton of PHD's running the company and for results of companies run by PHD's look at Long Term Capital or the financial crisis with lehman. bear sterns, aig, ect. What a succesful oil company needs is not PHD's but guys like Harold Hamm the ceo of Continental resources
