Hood,

The question is why are they holding up releasing news on HRT 11. Could be HRT 11 is an oil well and wingat is a duster so results are released at the same time so HRT 11 mitigates wingat duster..one fact I would bet on is if wingat is a duster plus chariots 2 dusters and the 18 dusters before chariot is you can write off nam so HRT 11 is really crucial here
