RE: Mello had to go Only one problem with your thesis...the bod did not ask mello to go..their statement was they asked him to stay on after he tendered his resignation...the bigger question is why did wagner resign...if the bod had fired mm then wagner could have resigned in sympathy but this was not the case. The only positive spin would be the bod wants to take an action that both mm and perez disagree with like a deal with BP in nam for the polvo field
