PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust is a specialty finance company. The Company invests primarily in mortgage-related assets. The Company conducts all its operations, and makes investments, through PennyMac Operating Partnership, L.P. and its subsidiaries. The Company's segments include credit sensitive strategies, interest rate sensitive strategies, correspondent production, and corporate. The credit sensitive strategies segment represents its investments in credit risk transfer (CRT) arrangements, subordinate mortgage-backed securities (MBS), distressed loans, and real estate. For starters why would you even ask my price when you have never thrown one out yourself.  I am done with giving out price targets. You know my stance "dead money for the next 5 years" For anyone with an average cost over 5 bucks your money is dead for the next 5 years unless you are able to average down significantly.

So TD upgraded their price over the weekend, good for you for pointing that out.

I don't care what the current short stop is.  Proper due diligence is making your own informed decisions, if you are just reading others and using their targets and price then you are not doing proper due diligence. But hey, some misinformed people think that is proper due diligence. The market eats up new instantly and the price of the share reflects it already, therefore you need to find something the market doesn't see and have already factored into the price of the stock.

I am not sure what kind of education you have but you don't seem to have any financial designation. otherwise you would not have posted your last post.
