I would love to believe your scenario. However, can you cite something from the investor document about the arrangement that indicates that shareholders of the Newco/RVX Therapeutics are entitled to any royalty/dividend payment? As I posted before, the holding of the Resverlogix Royalty Preferred Share by us shareholders is given up when it is exchanged for the RVX Therapteutics/Newco share. Therefore, your valuation of the dividends is acutally the amount that RVX Therapeutics/Newco would receive, not us shareholders.
