RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Share consolidation

Catkin I am hopeing for positive news but I have a real concern about the share consolidation.  As an investor with the  number of shares I own I personally can make more money without the consolidation.  Without the share consolidation if the stock price went to 50 cents which would be easy with some good news released my stock would be worth 50 thousand dollars.  With the consolidation the stock would have to rise to 5 dollars a share for my stock to be worth the same 50 thousand dollars.  Being in this stock for 13 years I have only ever seen a share value around 5 dollars once.  We will never see that price again without a well hitting some oil.  But remember if we were to hit some oil without consolidation and we went to 5 dollars a share my share would be worth 500 thousand dollars.  I would rather play this stock without the consolidation I have worked to hard and played this stock to long to have it reduced by consolidation.

Will PRE who owns 60 plus percent of the stock get a vote on consolidation?   I hope not.  Am I right that this consolidation will not be voted on until June 26th at the AGM?

I have faith in PRE and hope we all do well.  GLTA Fiero
