I am a Newfoundlander and I don't like the uncivil behaviour on this board. There is no need for the

put downs, name calling and racial slurs that some people use when they have the privilege of posting

anonymously. I guess it speaks volumes about the character of these people. If you don't like us because of

the way we write or the way we speak, which are, let's be honest, pretty shallow reasons, perhaps it's time to

peer into a  mirror and have a good long look at yourself.
