Gotta agree with Z. Despite the break-up value calculations the firm is going to burn an unknown amount of cash trying to develop a new business line. In addition, there will be some termination costs for the workforce. Right now I'd be very happy to get out at 1.50 but given the pre-market SP around $1 I don't think I'm going to be too lucky today.
