Quarterly production of 4,315 BOE/d fell below TD’s expectation (4,643 BOE/d) and consensus (~4,500 BOE/d). Meanwhile, CFPS of $0.09 was shy of TD and consensus of $0.10. The miss can primarily be attributed to higher-than-anticipated operating costs, which were up nearly 50% versus the same period last year.
