Andre Gagne departure

Andre Gagne departure

As stated in the Press release of May 9th, we were informed of the departure of Mr.

Andre Gagne. For the first time in my investing career I was aware that the board of directors did not have good word announcing a departure of a member. In a Robex press release dated April 5th while announcing the departure of Mr. Marc Boisjoli you could read:

Mr. Marc Boisjoli has decided to leave Robex to pursue other interests. The members of the board and management of Robex wishes to thank him for his work within the company and wishes him the best in his future projects.

What really happened to Mr. Gagne? Was he dismissed? If so, wrong fully or right fully?

Since Mr. Gagne was on the field in Mali who is now taking his place? Does Mr. Cohen have hidden agenda? Should we as shareholders be worried? Was the trading halt because of Delays in the Release of Its December 31, 2012 Annual Financial Statements necessary or planned to make Mr. Gagne look bad?

Many unanswered questions.

Since nearly all of us joined the Robex bandwagon during Mr. Gagne tenure I think we should at least get a fair answer on the reason of his departure.
