The $0.51 Wall

The $0.51 Wall

Level II shows that we have had at least 500k shares at .51 for the last 5 trading days.

Today we had only 4500 shares traded up until about 20 min ago.

Currently we have it decreasing to just over 300k. 

Any theories as why the wall is starting to crumble?
