The question is WHEN will those assets be sold and at what PRICE

if you were owed millions would you wait for an offer to purchase 

for those assets and the HOPE there is an uneventul closing with no othe unkown liens

From construction or defects in plant as the just settled lawsuit over the waste water tranks

do not forget that their sale or auction last year of 10 million only returned $ 500,000
