cuttlebud, on the lighter side, years ago when I worked for Air Canada we had a saying, TACFU it stood for typical Air Canada Fu Up! A new term related to Orbit's managment now comes to mind TOFU!

 

Seriously, shareholders have to expect a major share consolidation near term (10, maybe even 20 to 1), immediately followed by a financing. Paying off this debt with shares, is not only ridiculous, as I alluded to yesterday it will create enormous dilution, smacks of desperation (agreement negotiated on May 15th), and certainly will not address other major financial shortfalls such as financing engineering and feasability assessments.

The key to getting the additional money will be getting rid of the current Executive slate, otherwise I do not believe they can attract any sizable financial interests to assume the risk based on the current executives track record of incompetence.  

Sad...
