how you posters quickly forget who explored ,permitted ,oaid for and built this mine-how many years they have employed and then invested again in bringing this mine back and now because of oversight you threaten the jobs of employees of ths mine and the locals that make their living off them-i understand the legal right to capitalize on a mistake- but there are employees and shareholders who will suffer-i mean busness is business right ,where have i heard that before-a jury isn't going to be impressed with your idea of buisness in todays  no job climate-ever ask yourself what ryepatch will do with those claims except blackmail a settlement of a paper pushers mistake-ever think of food stamps or kids going without because a minewokers laid off -houses foreclosed the shopkeeprs who lose their livelihood-good luck in court-what a lousy reason to buy a stock-
