This white paper isn't for the non-technical reader. It will likely be VERY technical and will likely contain proprietary (and patented) information that couldn't be safely communicated without a non disclosure agreement. Only a redacted version could be shared publicly (think Pellegrino).

When OPEL goes fishing with this white paper, there will hopefully be several companies wanting POET. Hopefully they have been actively soliciting interest already, so when companies receive the juicy details they will be prepared to react appropriately.

A NR (or several) naming interested buyers will get this stock popping like a technical MS never could. Wait and see.
