RE: RE: RE: RE: We need an updated version of the I would defer to you maestro, since you have experience I don't have in this area.
Having said that, fairchij basically said everything I might have said in response. I also think the white paper needs to be completed before any serious discussions would take place. So even imagining a scenario more like what you are describing, OPEL probably wouldn't initiate serious discussions until they were certain they could hand over a WP at a moment's notice.
Again, respecting the perspective you have given your experience, I expect that these deals OPEL is orchestrating might proceed differently given that they are hell-bent on selling the technology within such a short time frame.
Another related point, since I didn't really properly rebut baggie's last post, is that we who attended the TO meeting knew a white paper was in the works and that it wasn't likely to be shared with shareholders. So this isn't a new development, nor is it unexpected. Such a WP can only serve one aspect of the plan if shareholders are not privy to it's contents. It could only be for potential buyers of POET.
I guess as far as the SP is concerned, if companies are not allowed to discuss POET all we could hope that the non disclosures they sign are not as binding as they are written to be. I would like to think that once the WP is out there, a chats amongst knowledgeable/technical people could lead to more buying. Otherwise it's hard to know when Atomic can become more active.
