Annual Meeting Share Option Results

It is interesting that they did not provide the voting results for the share option program.  I was at the meeting and the vote was something like 50.5% to 49.5%.  Very close and I think they were a little shocked.  This was after another person at the meeting tried to have the share option vote delayed because the change to 7% from 10% was not done with the proper amount of days before the vote is held, as is required under the Ontario Business Corporations Act.
