MEM continues support CAÑARIACO
MEM 510 kitchens delivery to poor families in various localities of Cañaris
This will benefit a total of 2,448 Peruvians in poverty.
Canaris, Lambayeque. - The Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM) program through the National Kitchen Peru today presented 510 GLP stoves same number of families in the towns of Huacapampa, Shin Shin, Huamachuco, La Laguna, Yllambe , Gramalote, San Lorenzo and Monono.
This will benefit a total of 2,448 Peruvians vulnerable in that part of the country.
The ceremony, held in the main square of the village center Huacapampa (district of Canaris), was chaired by the deputy mayor Sergio Hurtado, who was accompanied by the safety manager of the District Municipality of Canaris, San Pablo I call.
Also participating Huacapampa Lieutenant Governor, Fermin Villalobos, plus their counterparts in the aforementioned villages and representatives of local rural patrols.
Each kit consisted of a kitchen delivered two burner LPG, a balloon of 10 kg, a valve and a clamp.
"With the delivery of these kitchens, thousands of people from Cañaris stop using the cleaner fuel, which has always generated respiratory illnesses and other diseases in families. Moreover, save time and money, and improve their quality of life," said Deputy Mayor Sergio Hurtado.
"We thank the National Government, the MEM, and the program for this effort Peru kitchen receives the full support of local authorities Cañaris" he said.
Meanwhile, Lt. Gov. Huacapampa, Fermin Villalobos, thanked government support to various locations Cañaris by enabling improved the living conditions of vulnerable families. "Both the national government and the MEM, despite the difficulties, are fulfilling their promises," he stressed.
