With a low daily volume it is being manipulated very easily.

UP or DOWN....don't think down is the preferred direction.

So load up at 50 and make an easy 50%...that's only 75 cents target.

For the longs the question is do I trust ICP more than EPO and WPX?  I think given the market cap this one is by far the most favoured stock.
