seems we are on the same side cutt

you also wrote.........."anton, you are correct in your post (i believe) and if i believed mngt or BoD were playing us i would be very derisive of them (chek my posting on WND for proof and i have voted before against entire Boards and complete changes of Boards...) but in defense of ORT mngt i believe they started with an SGA target and ended up in an entirely different universe (that included SGA now as part of its business), so i have concluded (for me anyways and in no way attempting to sell you my theory) that ORT's delays are really a reflection of them adapting in very real time to very significant business lines each of which is probably a company on its own and doing it without a real playbook and .... and aside from doing a convert and only looking in from the outside i see little to really fault them with... it has unfortunately left the share price very exposed... on the macro front as well documented the V exchange companies (which as ORT is pre-revenue) it really is falls almost every day even as other exchanges enjoy gains (DOW at some new record) as needing cash puts any company at a significant disadvantage....i hope ORT's BoD and Exec mngt have the skills to pull off a very complex opportunity set".
