Why would Mr. Lee jump ship after all those years with Korea Zinc as a senior executive and join a small pre-production mine? AND how can one ignore the fact that he is joining us from not any company but Korea Zinc, a shareholder of WOF.

It is a perfect fit. Could be a further strategic alliance, investment in WOF by Korea Zinc with somone Korea Zinc is confident with running the WOF show. Lee has had some time to kick the tires on the ground. Next up the financial transactions to close the deal. And these should come within the next two months.
