No I didn't read it, and Jim doesn't work for WCOG, he's a shareholder just like the rest of us, the only difference he decided to take some action to try and hold Kehoe accountable for the way he has managed this company. I don't need to go through the WCOG deal to realize that Kehoe took a company with 10 million in cash and a 7 cent share price and turned it into a company with 15 million in debt and a 1 cent share price, and along the way collected a million or so dollars worth of company money. But you're right to think that maybe nothing will come out of this, at least it has a chance, putting your feet up and doing nothing will only result in this company going belly up within a year.
