Chris, the company spent shareholders money.  The company and its management didn't lose anything, but shareholders surely did.

 

Don't know what they will do, but they spent more money than they had expected, and again, the management didn't lose a thing as they've been well compensated.

 

Hopefully they can address the issue in the future.  Not sure how much more money would be needed, and I'm not really sure if they need to spend it as they paid a large firm to address all the issues, and it seems they didn't do the job. 

 

Maybe they can get it done without spending any more money, I honestly don't know.  JMO
