Apartfromherd- I agree with you that something is up, and the sp seems to be pointing to good news.

But don't kid yourself or others that they have enough money to last the rest of the year.

If I remember correctly the combination of  fees paid to directors, vehicle payments and rent came to approx $140,000 per month.

and that's before salaries, investor relations , lease payments , consultants, advertising and travel expenses are accounted for.

as you can see from the bit I cut and pasted from their lates financial statements that they currently must have less than $530,000 left after they have paid their current liabilities from the last quarter.

so if you roughly calculate the expenses for the last month and a half and subtract them from the $530,000, i would estimate they are down to having less than $200,000 left.

So I don't think they have enough money to keep the lights on till the end of June.

something has to happen quickly.

"As at March 31, 2013, the Company had cash and cash equivalents balance of $963,016 to settle current liabilities of $433,709. All of the Company’s significant liabilities have contractual maturities of less than 30 days and are subject to normal trade terms"
