Value ?

Value ?

I would be curious as to others' views surrounding what the following might be worth:  Las Calles (land between Goldcorp mines that might be bought by Goldcorp|), El Barqueno (just had drilling results on this, 91m @ 2.9g/t), and Morelos Sur ?    At the current valuation of $30m ($9m in cash end of year), just wondering what the art of the possible is here in terms of share price appreciation ?    Any ideas how much Goldcorp might pay for Las Calles.  How many oz (range) could be at El Barqueno ?  Moreolos Sur is more of an unknown, but how much is this lottery ticket worth ?     Seems like 3 big potential creators of value, the company isnt running out of cash anytime soon .... albeit gold price is scaring some off.  However, let's get some conversation going ...       By my calculations, Las Calles could easily be worth $40 to $60 m for the oz it would free up for Goldcorp as well as the oz in the land itself, and El Barqeno could easily be a 250,000 to 500,000 oz proven resource in time.  So, seems like lots of upside ... what are others' thoughts ?  Where could this share price go, if the Las Calles land sale happens and El Barqueno proves out a little more over the remainder of 2013 ?
