Proxy business and next 3 weeks. A poster much smarter than I, told me about proxy protocol. Essentially GW will file a motion in court Monday to demand a special meeting of shareholders. Apparently courts of this nature work fairly fast and are geared toward taking care of the shareholder, not the Corporations. They should probably be granted a meeting, of which Graeme would have to call anyway because of the size of the asset being sold off. So whether or not they get their meeting (or Graeme is forced to call one for the asset sale) or get their 50% of votes plus one share, they have sped up the process of realizing shareholder value immeasurably. Bioniche has already been more transparent in the last two weeks than we have ever seen. I think Graeme would have partnered up with urocidin and fulfilled the RCP covenant, but not sure the sale of Animal would have happened if not for GW.
We will be halted in the next 3 or 4 weeks with the biggest announcement this company has ever had. Sale of our animal biz and no longer a worry about cash probably ever again. That in itself is a first for this company. If it wasn't for the inept decision to borrow from the Texas loan sharks and frivolous spending, they wouldn't be in this position. So I guess they are getting their just desserts. Have a great weekend. Just working an ice cold beer on the dock. Wouldn't be anywhere else! Except maybe a shareholder meeting to decide if we want 100- 140mm in cash for animal.
Stock in this range will a thing of the past shortly. After we break through .40 next week, there is a very slight bump in the .60 range and then next stop .90 to 1.00. Through that, and your guess is as good as mine. Depends on the price for animal and the first offer for urocidin. If it is what I think it could be, 1.50 may be closer than we think. GLTA and happy VIctoria day. Going to be a fun few months for sure. GMP, urocidin partnerships, sale of animal. Maybe an unsolicited buyout of the whole company. Buy all the shares you can. You may not retire, but 4 or 5 baggers rarely put you in the poor house.
