Disagree. Char holders are not paying the bill for this drill. Char are valued at below cash. The drill will give useful information for their drilling - and HRT drilling. If Wingat is gas this does not mean all of Nam which has several geologically distinct basins is gas. I suppose you will tell me that Angola should be all gas as well - which clearly it is not.
