Atna expects to produce between 102,000 and 115,000 ounces of gold in 2013.
Full cost is: $1,025 - $1,108
To be conservative, let's assume a $1700 for 2013 and full cost of $1100. So that would be cash flow of $61M to $69M. Let's say $65M in cash flow.
Most producers currently trade at around 5x to 10x cashflow. So we are looking at $2-$4 target for the next 12 months. If gold averages $1800 in 2013, a 6% increase from the previous calculation, the cash flow increases by 16%. Note gold stocks are extemely cheap right now as compared to the last 10 years, so the multiples could also expand as the gold price starts showing an upward trend.
