Clearwater Phase 1 Approval

Clearwater Phase 1 Approval

Its has now been over 4 months since AOS submitted responses to SIR #3.

Management as stated on numerous occasions that there is a good likely hood that there will be an ERCB hearing due to the Saprae Creek objections.

looking at the ERCB hearing schedule, they are now booking hearings into September.

https://www.ercb.ca/applications/hearings/hearings.pdf

After a hearing the ERCB has 2-3 months to render a decision.

If Clearwater phase 1 does end up needing a hearing, its looking like approval (if hearing outcome is positive) wont happen until early 2014.
