RE: RE: RE: graham or bioniche- Urocidin is not part of the collateralized assets to RCP, But the loan was made while the perceotion was the trial by Endo was going OK and there will be continuous milestone coming though we do not know the schedule. That's why when we negotiate to get Urocidin back, we need to get RCP's conditional blessing because that means there will be no more milestone coming and thus jeopadize their chance of getting paid. Hence the condition of the $5M investment by June 21 clause.
With Urocidin free and clear, we can try to get a partner for it.
As for the AH. Even though we have a lean on it. But we have the right to sell it as long as we pay them back when we get the proceed. No different than our home and mortgage situation. I think instead of selling, it would be very difficult to get an equity partner for the AH for the same reason I mentioned about Urocidin in the previous post. Sale of AH is a more probable scenario.
I agree that it's Graeme and the current BoD that get us in this picked situation. But if G&W is not coming in with ready cash, changing the negotiating parties would only delay the process. we need cash now. Can't afford the delay.
So my feeling is sell the AH to get us out of the immediate crunch. Then we deal with the BoD and Graeme.
