RE: JD comments 6.9% down yoy vs 23.8% down yoy for the TSX V - bloomberg- check it out.
Management does not control the share price through news releases. Management can only have an impact on the share price through a news release when the news is good not when its bad. This is the oil & gas industry and your talking about timelines? Where are you from?
What management has promised is 15 Tcf of gas - that has value of $7.5 billion. They have delivered 1 Tcf and entered a JV with Exxon which will deliver another 8-11 Tcf - yes that is 1.3-1.8 billion barrel of oil equivelent . Those are promises that I want to see fulfilled and that is exactly what they are delivering. I don't care if that is week, a month or 6 months behind schedule - as long as they delivery. The Chairman's presentation on Oil Barrel says they are and I have no reason to doubt them. If you don't see that - time for you to sell, get your cash and buy another company - Mr. Flipper has a bunch tips.
Yes it is crying shame the day traders have sent this stock down from 24 cents to 14 cents. Terrble news releases? They announce a 15 m raise then Cyprus happens and the TSX V goes down the tube - wonder why that got delayed. Obvisouly something else is going on as management talks about strategic and private equity investors - someone is having a good hard look at this and due diligence takes a lot of time - perhaps not to your schedule.
Raising capital in this market - how many capital raises do you see getting done in the junior international oil & gas space? Very very few. At least they are getting traction from strategic and private equity investors.
The best thing any of us can do to avoid dilutation is pick up the phone / email and ask management if we can participate in the private placement. Why buy shares off of Mr Flipper? Put your cash directly into the drililng - management does not work for you - you work WITH managment. That is the difference between junior exploration companies and those on the main board. Don't come to the TSX V expecting us and them. Managmenet owns more shares than any of us and has bought shares along with us in each capital raise. How much cash have you contributed to the teasury? or is that to Mr Flipper.
These markets are very frustrating - get check book out and help otherwise sell your stock get of this post and invest in Apple or something
