Compared to BSM (symbol:v.GPS) this stock trades at 0.5x revenue and 4x EBITDAS. It also has a dividend yield of 4% approximately and has $10 million in cash. BSM ofcourse trades at 2.5x revenue, 14xEBITDAS and PE of 20 with no cash left after the acquisition. What will it take to move DD to the multiples of GSM?
